Ferenc Droppa is the joint founder / owner of Droppa & Droppa. The food arm of the business manufactures freshly baked gluten, wheat and dairy free food, supplying both consumers at home and catering establishments nationwide. It also provides on-line training and support to the catering sector on how to effectively manage a gluten free offering. Ferenc is responsible for sales and customer service as well as facilitating face-to-face training and the development and maintenance of its on-line training product: 'Catering for a Gluten free diet'. Droppa & Droppa has a prestigious client list including: The Grove in Hertfordshire and its sister hotel The Runnymede-on-Thames. We also supply several hotels within the Red Carnation Group.

Ferenc has worked for both RR Donnelley and Bowne Int. as a Customer Service Project Manager based in London, Paris, Frankfurt and Milan working remotely and 'in-house', liaising with lawyers, accountants, government agencies, etc. RR Donnelley and Bowne Int. help organisations to develop and execute communications strategies by working to create, manage, produce, distribute and process multi-channel content. He has worked on a variety of different capital markets transactions - IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt offerings; Mutual Funds, regulatory documentation and financial compliance work including SEC and SEDAR filings. He also provided regular training and guidance to new members of the sales force with particular emphasis on Customer Service processes and systems. He continually sought to strengthen the relationship between Customer Service and the other departments within these businesses, especially the sales teams.

At Bowne Int. Ferenc led a team of 16 project managers. His role included staff motivation, training, developing and improving customer service policies and procedures both internally and externally; mentoring new and existing customer service staff; and handling complex enquiries and / or complaints.

Ferenc was a Sales Executive for Westerham Press (part of St. Ives plc.) - a lithographic printer of fine art books, annual reports and designer-led projects including: the European MTV Music Awards Programme.
